Santa's final cut

The rabbit stood in the midst of the Christmas hustle and bustle.
Around him, his friends were pulling eagerly on the heavy rope… each with their own strength, their own story, their own will to win the game.
But he felt something different.
Sometimes you just know when a game has had its moment.
When the tension has grown too great, the pulling has gone on too long, and no one really remembers why they’re still holding on at all.
So he took the scissors… and cut the rope.
Not out of anger.
Not out of defiance.
But because it was time.
One cut, and suddenly everything became light.
The tension dissolved.
The noise faded.
And for a moment he simply stood there and felt… peace.
Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is end a game before it tears you apart.
And sometimes that’s exactly when something new begins.
