Sweet Death

Here comes the third painting in my skeleton series: A skeleton cat, happily biting into a pink donut. At first glance, the image might seem a bit quirky, but the longer I look at it, the more normal it appears. Maybe, somewhere out there, a skeleton cat really is biting into a pink donut. The donut symbolizes pleasure and the joy of life. The cat, on the other hand, represents death in its skeletal form, but by biting into the sweet, colorful donut, it tries to feel close to life again.

In the end, some cravings—like the love for donuts—are so strong that even being a skeleton can't put them to rest! 😊
